Six Weeks Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bread
1 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt together in a large bowl.
Add beaten eggs, shortening and buttermilk; mix well and store in fridge.
Bake in muffin pan at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
