Pasta With Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. garlic and parsley angel hair pasta or any other
    4 oz. fresh basil
    1 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. pine nuts or walnuts
    1 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 lb. shrimp or chicken, cooked
    1 large can crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    In blender, put fresh basil leaves without stems.
    Add Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, olive oil and garlic to make a smooth sauce.
    Boil pasta (al dente) right before tossing with the sauce. Heat olive oil in a pan.
    Saute mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and choice of meat.
    Before putting sun-dried tomatoes in the pan, rehydrate by simmering in water about 5 minutes.
    Toss with hot pasta.
    Serve immediately.
