Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk, scalded
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients well; add scalded milk.
Pour into shell and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
