Sliced Baked Potatoes(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    8 Tbsp. grated cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes if the skin is tough, otherwise just scrub and rinse clean.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through.
    Put potatoes in a baking dish and fan them open slightly.
    Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter; sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheeses; bake for another 5 to 10 minutes or until cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside.
    Check with a fork.
