Pineapple Layer Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cartons sour cream
1 large can crushed pineapple, partially drained
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Duncan Hines pineapple cake mix
Preparation

Cook sour cream, crushed pineapple, sugar and cornstarch until thick.
Take off the fire and add butter, lemon juice and vanilla. Put in refrigerator and cool (must be cold).
Bake cake mix acccording to directions in 2 round layers.
Ice cake with sour cream mixture.
Put some crushed pineapple on top.
Stack layers, then ice sides and top.
