Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 heaping Tbsp. shortening
3 medium size sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
Preparation

Mix flour, shortening and sweet potatoes together, making a soft dough.
Roll or pat out to desired thickness and cut with biscuit cutter.
Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with butter while hot.
