Sunshine In A Cloud - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. sugar
2 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. saltines, crushed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding, prepared
Cool Whip

Preparation

Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff.
Add sugar in 1/2 cup at a time.
Add saltines and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let cool.
Layer with chocolate pudding and top with Cool Whip.
