Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. bell pepper
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. hot pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. Certo
Preparation

Run through blender the peppers and vinegar.
Drain in colander.
Add juice in saucepan with sugar.
Boil to rolling boil.
Add Certo.
Let stand for 5 minutes and put into jars.
