Ingredients

8 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
1 medium onion, sliced
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Place cucumbers, onions and salt in bowl.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Mix sugar and vinegar together until sugar is dissolved. Squeeze liquid from cucumbers.
Place in freezer bags; freeze up to 3 months.
