Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream together the shortening, sugars and eggs.
    Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar.
    Gradually add to make soft dough (may chill overnight).
    Form dough into 1-inch balls.
