Swedish Heirloom Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. butter, softened
    5 oz. diced toasted almonds or chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Blend well at low speed. Shape into balls or crescents, using a rounded teaspoonful for each.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Do not brown.
    Roll warm cookies in additional confectioners sugar.
