Jalapeno Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. Colby cheese, shredded
    4 or more canned jalapeno peppers, chopped fine (wear rubber gloves to cut peppers)
Preparation
    Mix all together well and spread in 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
