Oven Fried Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    1 c. milk
    1 doz. crushed crackers
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Cut the fillets into serving pieces.
    Dip the fillets in milk and roll in the cracker crumbs.
    Place on a shallow, well-greased baking pan.
    Sprinkle each piece with melted margarine.
    Bake in a 500\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish flakes.
    A nice ending is a few minutes before fish is done, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of fish.
