Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    In a blender, process first 7 ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl; stir in cheese.
    Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups dressing.
