Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (20 oz.)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced or cubed
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Cook vegetables in microwave as directed on package.
Melt margarine. Stir in crackers and put aside.
Grease a 3-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Put in vegetables.
Add cheese on top and sprinkle cracker mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serves 8 to 10.
