Unbaked Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. orange juice
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1 box graham crackers
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. English walnuts
1 c. almonds or raisins
2 c. ready to use fruits and peels
1 can coconut
Preparation

Combine evaporated milk, marshmallows and orange juice in a small bowl; let stand for 30 minutes.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, coconut, nuts (raisins) and ready to use fruits and peels.
Stir in marshmallow mix with a spoon until all crumbs are moistened. Press firmly into wax-lined 9-inch loaf pan.
Cover tightly. Store at least 2 days in refrigerator before serving.
Slice thin to serve.
Cake will keep for weeks in the refrigerator.
