Creamy Almond Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sliced almonds
    1/4 c. butter, divided
    6 chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    rice
Preparation
    Saute almonds in butter; set aside.
    Place chicken between wax paper and beat to 1/4 inch pieces.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Melt remaining 3 tablespoons butter; add chicken.
    Cook 1 minute on each side on medium-high.
    Reduce to medium.
    Add 1/2 cup almonds, cream and next 3 ingredients.
    Cook 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
    Serve over rice.
