Beef Stew(Tomato Gravy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
    5 medium to large potatoes
    Carrots
    1/3 medium onion
    15 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil, in pan you are going to cook stew in. Drain grease and add tomato sauce (plus 1 & 1/2 cans water), carrots, onion, & potatoes that have been cut into cubes. Salt & pepper. Cook with lid at medium temp. until tender.
