Best Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. fruit or berries
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt butter into a deep baking dish.
    Pour batter of 1 cup sugar, flour and milk into center, but do not stir.
    Pour 2 cups fruit or berries mixed with 3/4 cup sugar into the middle of the batter, but do not stir.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve warm.
