Pizzelles(Italian Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 doz. eggs
    1 c. melted Crisco
    2 sticks butter or margarine
Preparation
    Beat eggs until very frothy and add sugar and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Add cooled, melted shortening and margarine (or butter). Gradually add flour, baking powder and salt.
    Let set a few minutes before cooking.
