Pork Chops And Potato - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 c. potatoes, pared and sliced thin
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
additional 1/2 tsp. salt to sprinkle on chops before browning
Preparation

Sprinkle pork chops with salt.
Brown slowly on both sides. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put the potatoes in the baking pan and pour over the potatoes the mixture of soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
Put chops on top of the potatoes in the baking pan.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Serves 4.
