Vegetarian Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    4 c. water
    2 tsp. dried onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    tamari or soy sauce to taste
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. molasses
Preparation
    Combine butter and flour in saucepan on medium heat.
    With wire whisk slowly add water.
    Bring to a boil until thickened.
    Add onion, garlic, tamari and molasses for color.
