Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, diced
1/2 to 1 c. cooked rice
2/3 c. diced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 hard-boiled eggs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; put into casserole dish.
Crumble Ritz crackers with melted butter and place on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
