Texas Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. white raisins
4 c. pecan halves
4 c. flour
Preparation

Cream the butter, sugar, beaten eggs and lemon.
Add dry mixture with raisins and pecans.
Bake 2 1/2 hours in 10-inch tube pan (greased and floured) at 275\u00b0.
