Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. creme de menthe
3 Tbsp. white creme de cacao
1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
few drops green food coloring
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix wafer crumbs and butter thoroughly.
In 9-inch pie plate, press evenly on bottom and sides.
Bake 10 minutes.
Cool.
Combine marshmallows and milk in saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows melt.
Cool thoroughly and add liqueurs.
Fold marshmallow mixture into whipped cream.
Add food coloring.
Pour into crumb lined pan.
Chill at least 4 hours.
