Microwave Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. pared, sliced apples
    2 tsp. orange juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. flaked coconut
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Spread apples in 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with orange juice.
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Cut in butter until crumbly.
    Add coconut; sprinkle over apples.
    Microwave on High for 12 minutes, turning dish once.
    Serve warm or cool topped with whipped cream.
