Amazing Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. unsifted plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 c. seedless raisins
1/2 to 1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Preparation

Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
Mix the first 10 ingredients at low speed for about 2 minutes.
Stir in apples, raisins and nuts.
Pour into pans and bake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 45 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
