Beef Patties With Savory Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. cold water
3 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. sugar
chopped garlic to taste
1/2 tsp. chopped onion

Preparation

Mix meat and water. Salt and pepper to taste.
Form 4 to 6 patties.
Combine remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Broil meat 3-inches from heat 5 minutes. Turn.
Spread sauce over patties. Broil 5 minutes.
