Linguini With White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cans clams with juice, chopped or minced
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Soften garlic in oil.
Add all other ingredients; saute over low flame for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Mix with linguini and serve.
