Creamy Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 large onion
    1 clove garlic, finely chop
    1 lb. mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock
    2 1/2 c. milk or more (as desired)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Cook until onion is tender.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cook until liquid is evaporated. Melt butter in large saucepan.
    Whisk in flour.
    Cook, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes without browning.
    Whisk in milk.
    Add seasoning.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and cook 5 to 8 minutes.
