Mexican Fiesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound ground beef
    2 cups cooked rice
    1 pound can tomatoes and juice
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 medium size onion
    1 cup corn bread mix
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet. Add rice, tomatoes, salt, pepper, chili powder and onions. Mix well, breaking tomatoes and meat in small pieces. Cook until boils good and some of the liquid has cooked out. Top with corn bread batter made from 1 cup mix. Bake at 425 degrees about 25 to 30 minutes.
