Easy Bake Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. stewing beef
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
    6 to 8 potatoes, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. quick cook tapioca
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in buttered 3-quart casserole dish or roasting pan.
    Bake, covered, for 4 hours at 325\u00b0.
