Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 can water
lump of margarine (1 to 2 Tbsp.)
3 Tbsp. flour
1 can Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Cream flour and margarine.
Add 1 egg at a time and 1 teaspoon vanilla and/or nutmeg.
Whip real well.
Whipping a long time is the secret to this pie.
Pour into deep dish shell and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
