Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. confectioners sugar
    1/2 lb. butter (not margarine)
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/2 c. 100 proof bourbon
Preparation
    Cream ingredients together.
    Make sure they are well blended. Refrigerate overnight.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    (I use a melon cutter dipped in warm water.)
    Refrigerate again.
