Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cans Campbell's potato soup (undiluted)
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (medium)
    1 tsp. minced onion
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients very well in a large bowl.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or baking dish, which has been lightly greased. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake for 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Do not cover.
    Makes about 12 servings.
