12-Month Refrigerated Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. ripe tomatoes, peel and chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 bell peppers chopped
2 hot peppers chopped
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup mustard seed
3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Put in a gallon glass jar and refrigerate.
Can half the recipe.
Will keep 12 months refrigerated.
Good with dry beans.
