Country Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    2 c. cubed cooked ham
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded American cheese
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. soft bread crumbs (1 1/2 slices with 1 Tbsp. melted butter)
Preparation
    Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk.
    Add shredded cheese.
    Cook cauliflower florets slightly; mix with ham and white sauce.
    Put melted butter and crumbs over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Don't overcook cauliflower.
