Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. grated bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Drain pineapple well.
    Mix cream cheese, bell pepper, onion, salt and pineapple together.
    Shape into ball.
    Coat with chopped pecans.
    Chill 3 hours before serving.
    Serve with crackers.
