Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. diced apples (not too fine)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix apples and 2 cups sugar thoroughly.
Mix Wesson oil, nuts, eggs, vanilla, flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together and mix with apples and sugar.
Put in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
