Lanee'S Cheese Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Russet potatoes
    8 oz. box Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice potatoes 1/2-inch thick (round).
    Place in microwavable bowl.
    Cover with water.
    Cook on High 5 to 10 minutes.
    Drain water. Layer potatoes, then cheese in a 2-quart casserole dish. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
    Pour milk over top.
    Place in microwave until cheese melts.
    Serves 4 to 6.
