Low Calorie Drink - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. frozen whole strawberries
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    2 tsp. sugar (substitute Equal)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in order in blender.
    Blend on low speed until smooth.
    Serve with half bagel.
    One serving=1 1/2 cups, 210 calories, 1 gram fat.
