No Fuss Rice Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. dried minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Combine rice (right from box) with beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato juice.
    Mix lightly.
    Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls; place in skillet.
    Mix remaining juice, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder; pour over meatballs.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer about 40 minutes, basting occasionally.
