Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 c. cooked chicken
    1/4 c. pimento
Preparation
    Clean and slice mushrooms.
    Saute mushrooms in butter.
    Add green pepper.
    Cook 5 minutes over low heat.
    Lift out vegetables. Set aside.
    Stir flour and salt into skillet.
    Add half and half. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water; blend in skillet mixture.
    Boil 2 minutes.
    Add chicken, vegies and pimento.
    Serve with rice or biscuits.
