Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer
1 lb. spaghetti
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese or more
Preparation

Cook and debone chicken (reserve broth).
Add bell pepper, onion and celery to broth and cook until wilted, then add spaghetti.
While spaghetti is cooking, heat soups, Ro-Tel and Velveeta in saucepan; pour over drained spaghetti.
Put in a large baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
When done, sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and return to oven until cheese melts.
