Lower Calorie Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rolled oats
    1 1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. dry milk
    1/4 c. chopped, unsalted nuts or seeds
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. honey
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix oats, wheat germ, dry milk and chopped nuts in a large bowl.
    Heat and stir oil and honey in a small saucepan until blended.
    Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and vanilla. Drizzle honey mixture over oat mixture and stir thoroughly.
    Spread on 2 cookie sheets.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove and stir well.
    Bake 10 minutes more; remove and stir.
    Bake 5 minutes more. Cool completely.
    Add raisins and store in an airtight container. Serving size:
    1/4 cup.
