Fish With Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 (16 oz.) pkg. sole, flounder or ocean perch fillets
    1 (15 to 16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. oil, butter or margarine
Preparation
    In medium bowl, stir tomato sauce, parsley and oregano until well mixed. Set aside.
    In 12-inch skillet over medium heat in hot oil, butter or margarine, cook fillets, 2 or 3 minutes on each side until flaky.
