Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans creamed corn
2 c. cooked rice
1 chopped corn
Velveeta
Cheddar cheese
jalapenos to taste
Preparation

Use Velveeta and Cheddar cheese to make 1 1/2 cups when mixed together.
Mix all ingredients.
Cook at 350\u00b0 in large casserole dish.
