Bob Davis' Favorite Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. grated cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, torn in pieces
1/4 c. chopped green onions (tops also)
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
1 c. golden mushroom soup
Preparation

Saute onions, pepper and mushrooms in small amount of butter; brown sausage and drain.
Put bread in bottom of long bread pan; mix milk and eggs well.
Add sausage, vegetables and
cheese. Pour over bread.
Let set in fridge overnight.
Pour soup over top.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
