Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 medium carrots
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 small head cauliflower, broken up and simmer for 2 minutes
    1 medium size green pepper, sliced and simmered for 2 minutes
    1 (6 oz.) jar button mushrooms
    1 (6 oz.) can ripe olives
    1 (4 oz.) jar pitted green olives
    1 (3 oz.) jar cocktail onions
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until the mixture simmers. Add carrots and simmer for 2 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients.
