Zucchini Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1 egg, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. grated zucchini

Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and egg until fluffy.
Add to dry ingredients with zucchini, blending well.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
